Hi,
I have divided my disk using three partitions C, D and E. I want to limit permissions to the D drive so only the adminstrator account has access. XP has three users, the other two have limited access. In Windows 2000 I would right click the drive and change the permissios but this options is not available. Actually, I'm sure it is but I simply cannot find it. Any help / assistance would be appreciated. TIA - Vers |

You might want to try and disable "Use simple file
sharing (Recommended)" from Windows Explorer | Tools | Folder Options... | View tab. >-----Original Message----- >Hi, > >I have divided my disk using three partitions C, D and E. ... secondly, as a note .. you also must have the drives
as NTFS. The security tab will not display on FAT or FAT32 drives. >-----Original Message----- >Hi, > >I have divided my disk using three partitions C, D and E.
