I am unable to locate the subdirectory. Is it possible
that the there was no archive activity? I do have a directory called C:\winnt\service pack files\i386 ? >-----Original Message----- >you can safely delete them; however, you should bear in mind that if you >delete the uninstallation files of SP3 you wont be able to uninstall it and >go back to your previous Windows version. If you chose to archive teh files before the SP installation you should have
that directory. If you don't have it you might not have chosen to archive it. The directory you are referring to contains extracted Service Pack Files and can be safely deleted. Hope this helps Regards, Fabio "larry" <larry.kalmbach@verizon.net> wrote in message news:0c4901c33fdc$c0906770$a301280a@phx.gbl... > I am unable to locate the subdirectory.
