Has anyone had a problem after upgrading Win 2000 with SP4
in connecting with an ISP while using Zone Alarm (free version)? I use Road Runner as my ISP and after the upgrade, could not get the network adaptor to release and renew the IP address as required by RR. After deactivating Zone Alarm, it works fine. Anyone have any thoughts? |

Installing SP4 changes a lot of the Win2k system files, and after they have changed, ZA will not let them connect to the internet unless you OK it. |

Thank you; I'll poke around a bit and try this.
