Printing issue with Terminal Server 2003 & Win2KPro clients

I have had several instances when a client PC (happens on more then one)
will not longer be able to print to a network printer connected to their
local LAN. The print job will queue up on the terminal server but never
spool to the local PC. The only way to get it to print again is to delete
the print jobs, log off the terminal server. Then on the local PC stop and
restart the Print Spooler service. The user can then reconnect to the TS
and printing will work. Does anyone know why this happens? I seem to get
one or two users a day that experience this problem.
