Default TS CALs not being issued


Running W2K Server w/SP3 and have 55 CALS purchased and
activated; however only 4 have been issued. No temporary
licenses appear in TS License Manager. The four licenses
that have be issued have expiration dates of around 75
days or less. License Manager service is started and no
Event Viewer listings regarding this. Any ideas?
