I have a weird thing happening to one of my remote clients
when they try to print from the TS(2k). As an example, a word document that is 58k in size swells up to a massive 2.4 MB in the printer window as it is sent to the client. This problem only effects this user and he is the only user with this printer which is an HP 895cxi As a result of this, it takes ages for him to print a document out. Any suggestions would be gratefully received. |
