Logging Terminal Services Sessions

Is there a way to track who logins with a terminal services session. I
just want to be able to see who, when, and what client signed onto the
server.

There was a post about placing the following line into in the
usrlogon.cmd

echo %username% %client% %time% %date% >>c:\log.txt

But this seems not to work. Does it have something to do with where it
is placed into the file?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
