Several of our users connect to Terminal services fine and
are able to print to their local printer. 2 users who have a HP laserjet 1000 connect and it maps to the printer ok but when they try to print it gives an error not responding. In event viewer it says 'Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 63 (0x3f).' Also another user has a local HP Colour Laserjet 2500 PCL6 but when they connect it does not map to it even though the same printer driver is installed. |

We just installed a new HP 1000 to a user and are having
the exact same problem. Were yuo able to resolve this problem? How did you do it? HP Laserjet 1000 is one of the few USB printers NOT supported in Terminal
Services, we had the same problem and the user had to buy a new printer. Do you know if there is a published list of printers that
will not work on Windows 2000 Terminal Services? >-----Original Message----- >HP Laserjet 1000 is one of the few USB printers NOT supported in Terminal >Services, we had the same problem and the user had to buy a new printer. > >C > >"David Harris" <DavidH@Fairbridge.org.uk> escribió en el mensaje >news:07f201c340b1$b8f3cb80$a001280a@phx.gbl... >> Several of our users connect to Terminal services fine and >> are able to print to their local printer. >> 2 users who have a HP laserjet 1000 connect and it maps to >> the printer ok but when they try to print it gives an >> error not responding.
