Default how do I create a Connection shortcut that all of the users who log into the cli

We are rolling out TS Client at our company and we want to
put a desktop short on all of the users desktop.

So I created a new Connection in the Connection Manager,
created a shortcut to the desktop and then moved that icon
to the Desktop folder in the user profile All Users.

When I logged in as my test user and click on the
shortcut. It start the Terminal Server Client.

So how do I create a Connection shortcut that all of the
users who log into the client computer can use to access
one application?

create an msi and use intellimirror to deploy, this can be done with the
free msi creating s/w on your server cd.

How can it be done? What are the basic steps. How does
this allow all users to use the shortcut.
