Hi all,
Would someone pls tell me if I should use terminal service or vpn. I have a NT server 4.0 and have Peach tree accounting software install on it. How can I make it possible for remote office user to make a connection to run peach tree so that they can check the inventory and print out packing list ? Thanks so much if someone can help me. Sincerely, Joe |

You can use terminal services in conjuction with a VPN -> create the VPN and then start the terminal services session through it for added security. |

Terminal services would be better if you were running 2000, but it plain NT4
you don't have that option. Personally, I would be off NT4 by now and on TS but you need to install PT differently to work under Ts -- Sincerely, Mark Mancini, CCA, CCNA, Master CIW&CI, CNE 4&5, MCSE+I 4&2000 www.MCSE2000.com www.AppLauncher.com "joe" <mail2joeho@yahoo.com> wrote in message news:095101c33f36$d8340ea0$a001280a@phx.gbl... > Hi all, > > Would someone pls tell me if I should use terminal > service or vpn. > I have a NT server 4.0 and have Peach tree accounting > software install on it.
