Default Installing Outlook 2003 on Windows 2000 terminal server(permission

I have a Windows 2000 Terminal server and i installed Outlook 2003 on it but
when a user connects to it and tries to open Outlook 2003 it gives an error
message. I added the user to the domain administrator and when she connects
it works fine. This is the only user using terminal services and she don't
have problems with any other applications on the terminal server. I don't
have the error message.

Thanks

Eeeeh, if you don't have the error message, you can hardly expect
anyone to give you the solution...
Was the Terminal Server in "install mode" when you installed
Outlook?
