Default access to TS for non-local admins

I did this before but simple forgot which registry user needs to have rights
to modify are needed to allow this user to connect to TS... here it is:
We do not allow domain users to be in local admins group on their
workstations, because of that they have no rights to modify registry... and
because of that they cannot use TS client to connect to TS. Now... there are
local reg key that I have to allow user to modify in order to use TS... can
someone please refresh my memory?

Thanks
RW

The key that stores the TS license:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing
