Windows 2000 SP4,
When a user sends a print job to the printer it prints fine, but the print job stays in the spool. It show as printed but remains in the spool. The print job will then reprint to the printer. So far it seems to then print again and again, this happens every few hours. it does not just keep reprinting. I can deleate the print job from the spool after it has printed and it will not reprint. Would this be an printer issue |

Hi,
a few questions: 1. What is the OS on the client machine? 2. Please make sure that "Keep documents after they are printed" box is turned off. 3. Does the same thing happen when the users print locally?
