Mouseover problem

Hello,

I have a problem with a piece of software that has 'mouseovers' - bits
of the GUI invert colours and change text when the mouse is moved over
them.

However, when this application is run in TermServ environment, the
mouseovers don't work.

I tried to recreate the issue within 2 different test environments -
one worked, one didn't. Odd!

The only thing I can think that's significantly different, is the
environments in which the mouseovers do not work, are fairly
high-traffic. Could this be some sort of traffic/load related issue -
i.e is TermServ attempting to conserve bandwidth by not processing the
mouseovers?

I'm at a loss to explain why it works in some environments and not
others - any advice appreciated!
