Default TS web connection script

I just want to be able to add the "connect" to a specific button with the liberty to be able to move it anywhere. I really dont know how to add the script in HTML to the webpage. I have tried to add the script that has been provided but in all honesty I am dumb...lol..
My objective

To make a webpage with a button that when clicked will start TS as usual. Something like the default TS page but without all the other script. I think its pretty simple but to hard for me to understand. If possible please help

I really wish that I knew as much as you guys here. So to make something like this work, since you are using php to pull things up do you also need a "mysql" database? And if so what are the field name that you have set to get this information out of (((saying that I would like to reconstruct something like you have))? I really appreciate all the help I can get. And if not I will stick with what I am using now until I figure it out. Hey thanks again Mark
