Default W2kSBS TServer Application Mode with Shared Fax Outlook contacts

HI There,

We got a small company with 7 users and have the following problem ..
We've got W2KSBS2000 and are running it in terminal server application mode because all the users work remotely..
evertyhing works fine except one thing.. we are unable to print a word document to the shared fax and select the outlook contacts.. when i open a email and print the the e-mail to the shared fax.. i can select my contactinformation from outlook. it works with the windows address book .. but that isn't the solution because i'll have to copy the shared contacts from the public folder and then export them .. then import.. bla bla bla .. or add them manually to the addressbook.. does anyone know a solution to my problem ...
