Default How to set up a SSH FTP function through firewall ?

I have two w2k machines on a peer to peer TCP/IP network hung off a linux
firewall box on a university network. (the firewall allows SSH in and out.)

Using SSH, I would like to be able to place and retrieve files to and from
these two w2k machines from home.

I believe I have to set up some kind of SSH service on at least one of the
w2k machines. Could anyone point me to which MS services I have to run to
be able to do this and if I need to get any other software apps. (Hopefully
free...)

(I am really only interested in having secure file transfer capability to
and from these machines)

The only thing on windows would be IPSEC, but in a strickly peer to peer
connection there would be a path MTU problem ( it needs to be used as a VPN
with L2TP). However there is a Freeware third party solution. I never used
it myself, but people I know say it's great.
