Default Dual Terminal Servers

Hi All
I have set up two Terminal Servers on a subnet and only
one (the DC) is a licence server. When I try to access the
second server it says it is not availablr. When I check on
the the other server from the Licence server machine it
says it is not authenticate on this machine. As I
understand it the licence sever only sends cals to the
clients when thsy log on.It is also telling me that It
hads reached its limit of two clients indicating it is not
activated. But it sheows activated in the manager.
Hope you can help.

It is not clear to me from your description if you have a problem
with TS CALs or server CALs or domain authentication.
Is there anything in the EventLog of these servers when you try to
connect?
Could you post the exact text of the error messages?

Thanks for the reply.
When two Terminal servers are set up on the same network I
can only access one from the client. When i try to access
the other the RDP connect says it is not availablr. When I
check it at the Terminal Server it seems to be available
and waiting for a connection from a client.
When I check it from the licence server it says it is not
autheticated on this server.
Is there a straight forward article fpr setting up
multiple servers.
Thanks for your help

Setting up multiple terminal servers is usually so
straightforward, that I am not aware of any special information
about the process.

Again, is there anything in the EventLog of these servers when you
try to connect?

Have I understood correctly that this is your setup:
server1= Domain Controller + Terminal Server + TS Licensing Server
server2= member server in same domain + Terminal Server

Have you verified your DNS settings?
Can you ping server2 by IPnumber and by name?
Do you have other Domain Controller is the same domain, but
possibly in a different subnet? Have you verified that replication
between them is working?
