you could not be authenticated on this server

I want give you a useful info.

I have a lan with many Windows 2003 Server Terminal Server.
I'm connected to machine TS01 and want to shadow a user
loged on machine TS02 via TSADMIN.exe.

If Servers have "Remote Registry" service stopped and I
run tsadmin.exe from TS01, it doesn't show me users logged
on other machines and gives me the error "you could not be
authenticated on this server". If I start "Remote
Registry" service on TS02 now I can see users logged on
TS02 then shadow them

Was there a question in your statement or are you just stating your observation.
