Default TS Remote Control

I installed TS at a customer location and they are running
in ADMIN mode only.

There is a feature on the TS Manager screen that allows a
remote control session to view what remote users are doing.

The remote control feature is grayed out when I try to
establish the remote control session.

The users are members of the Admin group and have full
rights to the server. They also have the remote control
feature turned on in their profile.

Now before you blast me for doing this, I already had the
customer sign-off for the obvious mistake that this is,
but my question is: Does TS allow remote control in ADMIN
mode only?

I have no problem with remote control with TS in
Administration mode.

On another note.

if you still have problems.. you can try connection
first.. then your client.. and then try to remote control
their session..

if you're logged in to the console, you cannot remote
control another session. you have to log in from a client
before it will work.
