Default unable to log into a terminal server session

I have Terminal Server installed in Windows 2000 machine.
When I try to initiate a client session, I get kicked out
right after I type my user name, password and click OK.
The username and password are correct, the user is an
administrator and the allow logon to Terminal server flag
is checked. I am not sure why I am having this problem.
Does anyone know?

Thanks!

Is there anything in the EventLog on the Terminal Server?
Are you simply kicked off, or do you get an error message on the
client first?
