Default Remote Control

We can use Terminal Services to remote control a User's
session who is logged onto the terminal server with the
terminal svcs. client.

But is there a way to remote control a session of
a "regular" User logged onto the LAN, without that User
having to logon to the terminal server?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Default Re: Remote Control

If the clients run XP Pro, you can use Remote Assistance. If they run
some other OS, try VNC or Netmeeting.
