I have a couple of servers with both an internal address and an external
address where the external is on the open internet..(meaning not a firewall tunnel.) We are using ISA server to lock them down. but is there a way to turn OFF access to the external interface through terminal server. So that the only way I can log onto that box is to either be on the local network or VPN to access that internal/local address.... thanks Jon PS... please refer me to other news groups if you feel this is not the appropriate group!!!! |

hello i think i found my answer...
for those who would like to know... go into terminal services configuration... and high light connections.. then on the right... right click on the rdp-tcp icon and click properties.. then goto the network adapter tab... and select the adapter you want.. this works great on multi homed servers... :-) "Jon Green" <jgreen@alro.com> wrote in message news:ePGF3a9SDHA.1552@TK2MSFTNGP10.phx.gbl... > I have a couple of servers with both an internal address and an external > address where the external is on the open internet..(meaning not a firewall > tunnel.)
