Cannot log in ..License issue or error ?

I log in as administrator, and only thing I see is "saving your settings"
before the session is ended.

How can i fix this..? Is it a license issue ? I have remote administrators
only, and I thought it
shouldn't be problem with license then ?

Are there any events in the eventlog? What happened
(recently) to the server that could have affected this.
