Alternative printer drivers - Reference site

Apologies for the cross posting.

I'm building a list of printers that don't have native Windows driver and
alternative Windows drivers that work. I plan to get a basic page up by the
end of the month, but I only know of a handful of printer / driver pairs.

To produce a useful site, I need as many printer / driver combinations as
possible. Could you find the time to list:

1/ The name that Windows assigns to the printer driver.
2/ The builtin in driver that Windows provides.
3/ Any caveats, ie. will only print in black and white, or will only
supoprt up to a certain resolution.
