install ms project 2000 on terminal server

I need to find out how to install project 2000 on terminal
server. When i start the installation it gives me an error
that say that i need to use some script or go to ms site.
Now i got the TermSrvr.mst that should help install the
project 2000, i got some instructions from ms project site
about some command that i should do in cmd with this file
but it don't work and i think they were referring to
installation on N.T 4 .
