Terminal Server (W2K), Citrix and eTrust software

Hi

I try to install eTrust antivirus software on Windows 2000 Server box with
TS and Citrix MetaFrame FR2 on it, but installation of eTrust fails (progers
bar goes to 75% percent and application quits silently). Does anybody using
this software with TS ? Any clues for reason of installation failure ?
