Create Login script for proxy server and port number

We are adding a proxy here that will need to be installed
on a lot of thin client sessions and FAT/ Thick clients
also. Is there a way to save time on the thin clients to
auto change their Internet Properties to add a proxy
address and port number?

Maybe insert that at startup for all users as a batch file?
