Default removing patches

Because of crashes of my win2000 prof. pc (because registry size was set
too low and was completely full), I had the problem that explorer always
crashes (also after setting the reg.size from 22MB to 50MB).
So, I removed all patches after the SP4, reinstalled SP4 succesfull.
Now, the event logs, tells me this (5 times or more after each reboot):

"services (220) De handtekening van de database komt niet overeen met de
logboekhandtekening van database C:\WINNT\Security\Database\secedit.sdb."

saying 'services' has a problem because the signature of the database
doesn't match any more with the signature of this file.
What should I do now (instead of reinstalling all) ?

Another thing, the programs 'spudsvc.exe' and 'spupdw2k.exe' (
started from registry 'RunOnce') are still running. It looks like they
never reach the end.

thanks
