Default Upgrading to Windows XP from Windows 2000


I want to upgrade my Dell 330 Workstation which came with
the OEM version of Windows 2000PRO. I would like to
upgrade to Windows XP.
How do I do this? Do I just install the upgrade version
of Windows XP Professional or do I need the Full version?
