Upgrading from W2K Pro to XP Pro ?

Is it possible to upgrade from W2K Pro to XP Pro without
much headache? Any suggestions before I should attempt to
do it?

These usually go better than some other upgrades but without question a
clean install is always the best option. Always prepare for the worst.
