Default Ugrade from NT 4.0 Workstation to Win2K

Ran upgrade CD on my Win NT 4.0 workstation and it seemed
to go fine. Now, however, it seems to start fine until it
gets to the Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional screen and
indicates "Windows is starting up..." At that point it
simply stops/freezes including the mouse. I cannot get
into the setup area or the trouble shooting and advanced
options. I'm stuck.

Default RE: Ugrade from NT 4.0 Workstation to Win2K

Try to upgrade the BIOS and all the hardware firmware.
While running the upgrade did it prompted for any incompatible hardware or
application?
