win200 to win98

Hi I have win 2000 and I want to restall win98 so i cn get
a couple of thing to work correct then restall win2000.
but how do I do this do I have to reformat the HD if so
how do I do that please help.

I would format it and start clean, typically we recommend that 98 be on the
machine first and then Windows 2000 installed.
