Failed SP4 install

Have a client with a system running Windows 2000. She
attempted to install Service Pack 4 - the install did not
complete and cannot complete now. She has additional
software to install but cannot instlal it until the SP4
is installed. How do we remove the failed attempt so we
can complete the full service pack install. Thanks for
the help. Kam

When the install fails it will give you the option to rollback, did you
choose to do that?
