Win2000SP4 failure

What might cause the following problem during update and
how to fix the situation?
The message was:

sp4iis.exe - Application error
The instruction at "0x01001ee7" referenced memory
at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

You may need to stop IIS before applying the service pack. Better to ask
them in inetserver.iis
