ISSCRIPT.MSI file not found

Hi,
I had to reinstall Win2K. While trying to install other
software I am getting this error message:
"isscript.msi file was not found in the installation
folder"

Other forums have suggested to delete the Installer keys
from the registry.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Microsoft\Installer

Please let me know if that is going to be ok or if anyone
has any other ideas.
