Downgrade from Win2k Server to Win2k Pro

Does anyone know if this is possible or how to go about
doing so? I have a Win2k server machine w/ a lot of
important info, programs, etc. that is no longer going to
be used in a server capacity and I would like
to "downgrade" it to Win2k Pro...
