SP4 for Windows 2000 pro

I installed windows 2000 professional SP4 and it totally
screwed my machine up. It is now a lot slower. I can not
see the internal webpage for my Express 6 cameras and even
getting the control panel to come up take 10 minutes.

I then de-installed SP 4 and went back to SP4 all works
very well.

Please advise and send response to both the news group and
my e-mail address.
