ntbackup error after SP4 upgrade

Default ntbackup error after SP4 upgrade


After upgrading to SP4, the scheduled task for ntbackup
errors out with the following message:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program c:\winnt\system32\NTBACKUP.EXE
abnormal program termination

Ntbackup Backup/restore in Interactive mode works fine.
Any thoughts?
