Default SP4 causes continuous reboots


W2K Pro w/SP3 updated to SP4.
Computer with Cybervision TV Tuner installed.
Update causes continuous reboots.
Went to safe mode and disabled LR25WDM.SYS driver in
device manager. Then windows boots OK and also TV tuner
and its program work OK.
No problems before this SP4 update.
Just an example of the flakiness of it all!
