Upgrade approach

Hi all

I am planning to upgrade to Win 2k. I have 3 sites. We run
NT 4.0. This is what I have in mind.
PLAN A

1.On new machines Install AD with a new domain spanning 3
sites. Configure WINS.

2. Join NT 4.0 workstations to newly created AD domain.
3. Upgrade workstations to Windows 2000. Remove WINS.

Will this work? Also I need some really good documentation
for deployment. Thank you
