Order to install updates

Let's say I'm imaging a new Win2k box. What would be the best order to
apply these updates to a base install?
Service pack 4
IE6 sp1
DirectX 9
MDAC 2.7sp14
DotNet framework 1.1

I would check the "read me's" of all the update's
