Default winnt.sif


Do I need more tags in the answer file than the Setup
Manager application creates, in order for the answer file
to work as a winnt.sif file located in the i386 folder on
a bootable cd, my answer file works great from floppy but
won't work work from cd

Yes i have done that the cd boots but doesn't like one of the lines in the
answer file yet the same answer file runs from the floppy ok

most likely your are missing this section

[Data]
AutoPartition=1
MsDosInitiated="0"
UnattendedInstall="Yes"
