Default another domain needed

We have a training room here. I would like to setup an additional domain or
something so that they have limited access to our Windows 2003 server. We
have exchange 2003 running on our 2003 server. The training room computers
WILL need acces to the Exchange. Is this possible or how do i limit access
to our current domain resources.

What do you mean by "limit access"?

Do you want to limit the time they can use the domain?
Do you only want certain people to use it during certain times?

We don't want the people in the classroom/students to be able to browse our
network. We only want them to be able to use the Exchange server for email
practice.
