set up windows2000 professional

Default set up windows2000 professional


During the setup process, it ask me the "file NT5INF.CAT
on service pack 3 cd is needed" copy files from d:\I386,
I click ok, notthing happens. restart again still the same
problem, I can not go through.

Any one has a clue?

Sounds like you are not using a retail CD. Instead it appears to be a
burned CD that someone slipstreamed SP3 into but maybe not correctly.
Solution is to use another CD. The other posibility is that setup is
loosing access to the CD due to a driver problem.
