install win2k without a video card?

Folks,

Is it possible to install W2k server on a box that doesn't have a video
card installed? Or, consequently, can I install with a video card, and
then change a setting to allow me to remove the video card? Specifically,
I am trying to install W2K server on a Toshiba Magnia SG-20 and I can
install a video card temporarily, but would really like to remove it for
subsequent operation.
