Windows 2000 Server will support 4 CPUs, so if you have 2 physical and 2
virtual CPUs (via hyperthreading) then you will be fine.

Windows 2000 doesn't differentiate between physical and software CPUs
though, so if you add another physical CPU you won't be able to use it.
