Importing directories with scandinavian characters

Hi all,

We are migrating from from a Netware 4.11 server to win2k

While trying to import users´ home directories with the Services for
Netware utility, the process stops each time it finds a directory with
special scandinavian characteres such as ø and å.
I have changed the regional settting to be norwegian by default but with
no result.
No problem to copy the directories from windows explorer but we want to
get the associated rights.

We can modify directories by hand, but since they are more than 6000 we
would rather like a better solution.
Does anyone knows a fix to that problem?

PS: I have already send a post to microsoft.public.win2000.netware with
no result.
