I have also been unlucky to experience problems copying files during setup.
Changed all the variables like CD drives, HDDs, CDs, IDE connectors, RAM
modules and still same error. Finally I had to conclude it was all down to
the motherboard's internal conflicts as I had nothing else to suspect.

In your case, I would suggest using a different RAM module and see if that
works. Also try different RAM banks. RAM problems have caused similar
problems in a few other cases I'd come across.
