Default W2k SBS licensing

Hi .
I have a problem adding licenses on my server.
Installed win 2000 server from the SBS cd kit.
Installed it as it was a normal server, not through the
installion wizard.
Problem: Trying to add licenses trough administrator tools-
licenses, it says that I can't do it this way on a SBS,
and tell me to go to administrative console. witch I
have'nt instaled since I went with the normal
installation. Trying to add windows component, or run
setup from the cd again, it tells me that I cant upgrade
from this version of windows (not that I'm trying..) So it
seemes to me that it's not sure if it's a w2k server or
SBS.. Trying to use the licens floppys, it says that these
are only to use with SBS... FRUSTRATING!!
The server is the only server in the domain, an is fully
saty up and working,(except for anoing licensing messages)
Any ide's on how I can sort this out? Thanks
